Why Impact

A clinic built around therapists, not volume metrics.

Tam and E Inc. 5000 awardYou went to PT school to help people — not to sprint between 20+ patients and finish notes at 8pm. Impact is designed so you can actually practice the way you know you should.

Join Our Team

  • Cash-pay, 1:1 care model — no double-booking, no insurance pressure.
  • 8–10 patients a day so you can do your best clinical thinking.
  • No burnout mill — therapists stay because they want to, not because they’re stuck.
  • You’re close enough to ownership to influence your environment.
  • We’re growing across the Valley, which means real leadership paths.

Impact team photoFrom our team

"I've worked in other PT clinics and I know how they undervalue and overwork their therapists. Impact is different — quality over quantity, real room to grow, and you're close enough to ownership that you can actually influence your environment. I chose this place over higher-paying options, and five years and a promotion later, I'd make the same choice again."

Is this a new grad–friendly role?

Yes. We welcome strong new grads who are hungry to learn, coachable, and aligned with our quality-over-quantity model. You’ll have mentorship and support as you ramp.

Is the role truly full-time?

Yes, this is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday–Friday with shifts between 7am–6pm. If you are interested in part-time please let us know as well.

Do I have to know dry needling or cupping?

No. Manual therapy experience is a plus, and we’re supportive of clinicians who want to add skills like dry needling or cupping over time, but it is not a requirement.
